This September 10 report about my amazing stay with the Norwegian Lena and her fresh Alaskan husband Sage in Selfors, a small village just outside of Mo I Rana, would have been written a day later. Well, that next day became world history and all for the wrong reasons. Hence only a short update. Thanks Lena and Sage!
I travelled by train from Trondheim to Mo I Rana, much higher up north. This meant a 7 hours train ride! Unbelievable, the same distance as from Brussels to Paris would be travelable within 2 hours…
The weather wasn’t that good for any going out, so I dried up with Lena and Sage and hung out with them after dinner.
They had a world map hanging above their couch for their own inspiration, to get inspired for future places and dream of places that would be worth a visit to the future.
We concluded that the world had been rather peaceful lately, not?
